We jump on an alignment call to diagnose your team's specific bottlenecks. We select the high-ROI modules, tailor the curriculum for maximum impact, and finalise the dates.

Execution

Do you travel on-site?

Absolutely. I deliver workshops at your offices across the UK, internationally or remotely via Zoom. Travel costs are factored into the proposal.

Will we get enough individual support?

Yes. I am joined by experienced technical assistants to maintain a high teacher-to-student ratio. This ensures every participant gets dedicated, hands-on support during the build exercises.

Do participants need prior AI experience?

No. The workshop is designed to bring cross-functional teams up to speed regardless of prior AI exposure - though advanced participants will still find significant new value.

What happens after the workshop?

Your team keeps all materials, exercises, and references. I also offer optional follow-up sessions and async support to ensure lasting adoption.

Can the workshop be split across multiple days?

Yes. Each module is designed as a standalone day, so the engagement can be spread across multiple weeks to minimise disruption to your team's schedule.
